The Message: Called to Love
Jesus calls us to love.
Jesus was asked:
What is the greatest commandment in all the law?
He said, "Love God."
And then he said, there is a second commandment like it:
"Love your neighbor as you love yourself."
Jesus was asked:
What is the greatest commandment in all the law?
He said, "Love God."
And then he said, there is a second commandment like it:
"Love your neighbor as you love yourself."
The Mission: Sent to Serve
When we serve those in need, we meet Christ.
When did we see you hungry and give you food,
or thirsty and give you something to drink?
When did we see you as a stranger and welcome you?
When did we see you naked and gave you clothing?
When did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?
Those whom the world tells us are "least,"
Jesus tells us are family.
So, whenever you do these things for anyone,
you do the same for your Lord.
